Unidentified fin stabilised projectile

I recently acquired this projectile. Unlike anything else I have it has no apparent identification markings. Could anyone help and provide more info?

Hi

There is a german Subcaliber Training Projectil for Anti Tank Gun
The original Color is blue with white Markings.
