Unidentified WW2 Armour-Piercing Projectile

Hi,
I'd also be grateful for any help in identifying this relic AP projectile.
It was bought in Hungary and I've always assumed it was WW2 Russian or German.
The diameter is approx. 7.5cm and it's approx. 14.5cm from top to bottom.
