Unidentifying German WW2 bomb

Can anyone help me identify this bomb, recovered from Grimsby harbour some years back and cut in half to be used as a gate marker. It's 21" diameter. dated 1940. My best guess is a German PC1400 given the diameter and thick walls and the placement of a suspension band
