Unknow fuze/detonator/artillery piece??

Hello everyone

I have a for me completely unkown British piece. I know it's British from the broad arrow. there are some stencil markings left.
does anyone know what this is? i think it has something to do with detonation but i'm not sure

Looks a bit like a booster, that would sit below the fuze in a shell.
Can you show a pic of the top,can't quite work out what that is.
