Hello. I believe it is the 8cm or 9cm Prussian Bleimantel granate Bleihemd. These go up to a calibre 15cm + They were manufactured between 1866 and 1890. I attached a picture which shows some 15cm examples with and without their lead jacket for the rifling inside the barrel. The example you show has lost its lead jacket (like most examples).
