Unknow Shell and fuze

Should you have dimensions ? Where was it found ?
On first view, I should say a French 47mm en fonte Mle 1884 but I only known it with fuze Desmaret !
The shape of the fuze you have is totally unknown to me.

You're right, after discussion with the discoverer it's "Artisanat de guerre" shell converted into an oil lamp .
