Hello,

I was wondering if anyone of you can help ID the shell / mortar my team and I found.
It resembles a Minenwerfer Lisse from WW1 but is only 10.5cm in diameter. The Lisse, a Lanz variant, has 18cm.

It was found during EOD operations in a former navy arsenal turned demolition area by the British Army in northern Germany.
The Ammunition that was disposed of by the British included Russian, French, British and German ordnance of all kinds.

Any help would be appreciated.

Best regards,
Markus
