Can someone help me with this 20 mm dummy from 1943? What type is it?

Hi ,
It is an American drill /dummy round for the USA version of Oerlikon 20mm AA cannon.Largely used as light naval AA.
The projectile is brazed to the case to prevent seperation in use.
Looks like the case h/s is Bridgeport(B in diamond)
