Hello,

A friend of my team found (France) a 2cm shell with a brass fuze and he took only two pictures before destroying it (no more info).

Does someone can identify it ?

Thanks

Cheers

it's a Oerlikon fuze with a rotor safety element inside, most probably on a french shell for the HS404

I would go for a 20x110RR Oerlikon as the driving band is typical and the projectile base too.

Hello,

Your answers confirm what I suppose, maybe a french 20mm Oerlikon with a fuze called in my doc MZ Oerlikon (with a safety rotor inside) for aircraft gun HS 9 and machine gun Mle39

Thanks.

Cheers.
