And another one for you to prove your excellent knowledge.
Seems to be a 3 Pounder but who made it when for whom (and which cannon)?
Diameter: 4.7cm, length: 15.7cm.
I cannot find any marks on it and the base is missing.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Maybe this one : Hotchkiss or Nordenfelt Q.F. common shell Mark II Diam 1,839'' (46,711mm), length 6,278'' (159,461mm). Quote from the book : "The head is struck with a radius of about 2 diameters, and its point truncated at .394 inch diameter."
