Joe, don't you mean 30 x 113B? It seems to be a British ADEN round, being brass-cased, but I can't say more than that. What exactly do the case markings say?

This was presumably made for use in the SAAB Draken fighter aircraft, which was fitted with a pair of ADEN guns.
