I always have problems identifying un-marked items. This is no exception. Who would the maker be? Here are both sides and the top.

Well, the quality of manufacture looks far superior to the KF ones that you showed earlier so I doubt that they came from the same factory. Have you looked inside? It is rare to see .303" chargers marked on the inside but you never know.

Sorry, no markings inside. But you are right about superior craftsmanship, especially in the area of the spring cut.
