Unknown 75mm shrapnel?

A friend acquired this 75mm shell with unfired fuze (made into a lamp) recently and can't identify it.
There are no markings on the fuze other than the graduations, and none on the shell other than on the base as pictured.
Possibly the "1" is a "7" with the diameter being 7.5... cm.
Can anyone identify it please.

Hello,

I'm quite sure before being a nice lamp this thing was a Swedish shrapnel shell m1900 red dressed ;)
