I have this nice case, and I think it might be from Romania or maybe Yugoslavia. Who can help me identify?

75-21 = 75 mm model 1921?
LOGO-34-41 = I do not know the logo, LOT 34 1941?
GR = George Roth, Austria
Cc-D = ?

Primer:
Md 35-2 5-21
ST --> I find this on Polish cases for 75 mm DEC
M-213-41

Any help appreciated!

Indeed it is CR, I quickly assumed GR since I know the logo. However, I see nothing "Czech" on the case, why do you think so?

I think I have seen the "ST" (badly stamped) logo on the primer on some Czech ammunition before - please correct me if I am wrong.

At this point this is way past necroposting, considering this thread is 11 years old, but since I found it through the search function of the forum and someone else might find it as well at a later date, let me just come in and confirm the fact this is indeed a Romanian case for Tunul de Câmp Schneider Model 1897, the French Soixante-quinze Mle 1897.

The "75-21" means "calibre 75mm" and "21" is the code for this particular piece. For example, the famous Reșița DT-UDR 75mm Model 1943 AT gun is "75-26", the Vickers/Reșița 75mm Model 1936 AA gun is "75-94" and the Skoda 7.5 cm Gebirgskanone M.15 is "75-13".
"CC" is code for the manufacturing factory, "Concordia" and "34-41" means "Lot 34 of 1941".
"CR" is the reception code, also for "Concordia" - for example another manufacturer, "Metrom" uses the code "MR" for manufacturing and "MC" for filling/reception. I have in my collection a case which was manufactured by "Metrom", refilled twice at "Metrom" and finally refilled at "Concordia".
"Md 35-2" is the type of the primer and is used in most Romanian cases.

Edit: here are some more Romanian cases - one for the same gun and by the same manufacturer and one for the Vikers 75mm AA gun made by "Metrom":
