Unknown 76mm smoke? projectile

Hello everybody.

I have this 76mm empty shell. But I can't find its id.
It has clear stamps on it saying:

76 mm SMK
SX1057
RLB //71
LOT152
3

Without its Fuze is 357 mm in length.
Does anybody know what this is exactly? country? I cannot find a date. i thought Russian at first but then I saw the stamps...
