Hello,

Who know what kind of shell this is?

It is standing in a small museum in the Netherlands.

The calibre should be 80 mm and the text is in cyrillic.

Is this Yugoslavian ammunition used by the Germans during WW2?

Yes, it's an Austrian shell for 8 cm M.5/8 guns which was used later in Yugoslavia and equipped there with an adapter for a French gaine + fuze. The stamps on the case say it was reloaded in Sarajevo. And yes these were captured and sent to Germany.
