Unknown Bofors 37mm

I have been offered this casing and projectile combination. I looked at past posts on this site and have examples of Finish, Polish and Swedish head stamps. This case matches none of those. May I have your help identifying the country of origin?

Both projectile and case are Finnish. Primer is not typical Finnish and looks more Swedish.
 
Forgot to add that S-stamp is maker: Hackman & Co, Sorsakoski works. Later on during war they stamped SH.
