Unknown Bofors/Raufoss 65 mm case

I recently found 2 vases (argh) of this 65 mm Bofors/Raufoss case. The rim diameter is 70,7 mm. I would like to know for what gun this case is, and what the original dimensions are.

On a US auction site I found the case, it measures 65x136R. Unfortunately still no clue what gun goes with this.

And now I also have a Vickers Armstrong export case. Most collectors believe it is export for South-America, but what country?

After some research (in my books I could not find much, but with Google I did) I found information on an interesting type of 65 mm gun. The Vickers Mk E 65 mm export infantry gun for Bolivia sounds a viable user of these cases. Bolivia bought 30 of them around 1920-1930 in a large deal with Vickers Armstrong. It explains the VA marked case and the fact both the Vickers Armstrong case and the Bofors/Raufoss case have British styple primers. I found a picture with the ammunition shown. Hard to verify, but the case length could match 136 mm. The gun has been used in the Chaco War (1932-1935) with Paraguay.

This week the original manual was on sale! Unfortunately way to expensive for me (79,- euro's), but maybe others are interested. Anyway, I did copy the images showing the gun, the grenade, the fuze and the horse packing. Unfortunately no information shown about the case.
