Unknown bomb fuze.

Can anybody tell me what fuze this is, what time period, what bomb it is used in, the country it is from, and help me on a drawing?

I’ve seen bomb fuzes with this type of red tag and general physical resemblance on one of the dealer sites a couple of years ago, which were being sold as post war Russian fuzes.
Sorry I can’t remember anything else.
