Unknown cartridge

Hi Everyone,

I have a cartridge and want to know where it is from. I haven't been able to work it out from web searches so I hope you can help me out.
It is brass (I think)
Engraved on the bottom is
CART. ELEC. LND. START. RLB. 73/1
042 GD 73

Any help would be appreciated.

Usually these are engine starting cases, but not sure about the LND in the engraving.......

Oh dear, it should say ENG, not LND, no idea what I was thinking when I was typing!

GD is the code for Glascoed, which is the factory/establishment which loaded it. It was a Royal Ordnance Factory, but is now part of BAe, I think. It is in Monmouthshire.
