Nice selection Womble. You had me all confused with your photos, photo 1 is the lower of the 2, photo 2 is the upper one.
One of the best books I know is the one below. Just type it into google and download the free pdf.
AFATL-TR-84-03 Dale M Davis historical development summary of automatic cannon calibre ammunition: 20-30 millimeter
Photo 1 (lower of the 2 photos)
30 x 100 WECOM (American aircraft)
30 x 111 and 30x 112 both look like Aden HV cases (British Aircraft)
23 x 133 (I think you have measured it wrong when you say 23 x 182) looks like a 23 x 133 AMRON HS 823 (American aircraft cannon). If you check the photo you'll see its shorter than the one to the right of it that is measrues as 140 so it can't be 182 - see comment from kahu1 above. See link

27 x 140 .........is the rim diameter 47.8mm? If so it could be a 27.5 x 140 Amron (American)
Photo 2 (upper of the 2 photos)
27 x 159. Is it definitly 27mm and not 27.5mm? If the rim is 40mm then it could be a Mauser 27.5 x 160 (American aircraft cannon) - if you wish to sell one of these cases I'm after one for a projectile I have

27 x 159.......as above see this link

30 x 172 the purple one, is the rim 43.8mm? Probably a Gau 8 (American aircraft cannon)
30 x 172 it could be my eyes but this looks thinner than the purple one, could you confirm the rim diameter on this one please
30 x 185 Is the rim 45mm? If so it could be an AMRON AX RE 5 (American aircraft)
30 x 185 as above
