They would appear to be made by the Austin Detonator Company from Vsetin in the Czech Republic who use the letter "V" to identify their electric detonators. The numbers on the base indicate the delay stage of this manufacturers sequence. Detonators "1" to "20" are separated by 25 milliseconds and detonators "21" to "30" are separated by 50 milliseconds.
