Unknown Electric Cartridge ?

I don't recognize the cartridge, but the connector looks similar to some used in the past on some "Hoffman Devices", a simulator used for tank firing.

If I write correctly, the markings are french.
I'm not sure but I think it's the practice cartridge of the MAH mine.

OK, after look on the earlier post, the marking is not MO but MQ : MarQueur
Shortly say, it's a black powder powered gun whom throw a marking "sponge".

That's effectively the practice cartridge for the MAH or better MACAH (Mine Anti Char Action Horizontale)
