Unknown Fuze, British?

is there anyone that can help to identify this fuze?
Found in the UK and seems to be an \"allways\". I'm thinking toward a base fuze.

Hi I have no paper proof for but acording to the belgium EOD (DOVO) it is a Belgium bomb fuze.

Found a lot of them for sale some weeks ago.
Apparently Blu97 is right, belgian bomb fuze.

Ha ha ha i dont believe it,the fuze i have recently put on for identification is the same as this ,i thought i had seen them before somewhere
