Unknown fuze from Czech Republic pčz-22a

Designation is pčz-22a

What is the application of this fuze?

My guess is some smoke or illumination projectile. But I want to know it for sure.

Any ideas?

Here is a picture of the fuze disassembled:

It is a fuze for a Czech (or Czechoslovak?) submunition carrier rocket.

To be correct: for the 122mm mine dispersion rocket which contains 5 EA "KS/PP Mi-S1. Have no designation for the rocket.

The fuze is made by Policsk Strojrny, Policka / Synthesia a.s. Pardubice, Semtin.

The picture shown in the document attached above shows 1996 on the lot code ... doesn't mean much, but its a start.
