Unknown fuze

Can someone help ID this fuze? I was told it’s possibly Royal Navy? It’s marked: N8-MK4 BN 07 82 023N and has some etchings to the side possibly test or experimental?

With the adapter:

It weighs approx 2.5kg
20cm tall
10cm wide

Any help is very much appreciated

Ah yes I see thanks very much! It’s a shame there isn’t much information on there, seems his was never truly ID’d either, I’ve looked into if it could maybe be for a rocket or missile but highly doubt it as the timer only goes up to 11 seconds?!

Very stumped!

They are not very common, don't know how much they go for, I expect someone on here will have a good idea. Naval stuff is not as very common and information on items is scarce.

Oh I see thank you very much for your help! Is this for the CORVUS chaff system? I’ve measured the adapter it’s on and that’s 4” wide and not 3” so that’s stumped me now unless it’s been thrown into something it’s not for?

As far as I know CHAFF designation is for 102mm rockets
