Unknown fuze

Hello,

can anyone identify this fuze?

It has the standard Krupp W50x1/8" thread like many other fuzes and shares the Krupp external shape. These fuzes were mostly made by Krupp, Rheinmetall, Schneider and a lot of local factories in different countries but most of them used the Krupp construction. The detailed construction of this one is different from all of the three constructions so I wonder who made it for which country? Sadly it hasn't a single factory stamp. Also the two flat milled sides on the fuze cap are unusual.
