Unknown fuze

Hello,

can anyone identify this fuze?

It has the standard Krupp W50x1/8" thread like many other fuzes and shares the Krupp external shape. These fuzes were mostly made by Krupp, Rheinmetall, Schneider and a lot of local factories in different countries but most of them used the Krupp construction. The detailed construction of this one is different from all of the three constructions so I wonder who made it for which country? Sadly it hasn't a single factory stamp. Also the two flat milled sides on the fuze cap are unusual.

Let's bring it on top again. Nobody? Any idea?

The Belgian "EP" staped WW1 fuzes have a 55 hectometer scale too. So could it be a foreign production for Belgium?
