Unknown fuze

Ordnance approved
We have a fuze that's off Russian design but we don't know where it is use for.

Length 280 mm
Diameter 170 mm


On the photo you see the markings the last one is a bit difficult to see but it is. XO and the a Russisn D.

So anyone any suggestions????

Somebody also told me that it is a dril is that correctl??
