Unknown fuze

Does anybody know this fuze? I don't know where or when it was found ... The markings in black were made during an X-ray which had no result.

Well, well, well, very strange item you have there !

Hmm, first thinking path, upper cap similar to British No 117, 118, 119; no threat to fix the fuze in a shell > possible rocket fuze (see positioning of the fuze of a PIAT); very strange is the apparently percussion primer on the bottom of your "fuze" !

RX-image ... striker as in a regular n°117 ... no coils visible ... hope this helps, rest of the body revealed nothing ... not even after an enormous amount of radiation

I have been having a look through my documents and although not a positive id the closest i could find that looked similar was the no725 fuze which was used with 3inch aircraft rockets,5" sea mattress rkt,and 3" land mattress rkt,,
