Unknown Fuzes

Good Evening All,

I have a couple of fuzes which closely resembles the 81mm Mortar "M524" fuze, however are only marked "P17" on one and "P18" on the other.

Any clues on what these fuzes were used for?

I'm assuming 81mm related projectiles???

Thanks

Cheers
Drew

Id's say you were right as to M524 Series. As a SWAG, the numbers are probably catalog/listing numbers from the training aids library they came from. Cheers, Bruce.
