Unknown German 7.92 dummy 1941

I have never seen this headstamp (HW 41) on 7.92 German dummy, fully nickel-plated, bullet pierced with a hole, case with 4 non-through holes.
Who could give me détails

aux is Polte, Werk Magdeburg, Poltestr. u. Fichtestr., Magdeburg, Germany.

According to Ken Elks book ‘Collecting Dummy Cartridges’ it is a Werkzeug inspection dummy.
