Unknown Grenade

Hi ,
I've just seen this grenade listed on an auction site and was wandering if anyone can identify it please.
The only description is " Unusual Continental Tin Grenade tin steel handle with lower steel belt hook. Tin box with removable lid. Internal removable tin with inert fuze. "
There is also only one picture.

Also a rough idea of value would be helpful please.

Looks like unknown Italian A/T hand grenade. I have only this description from Soviet artillery bulleten, which dated August 1943.
