Sorry, but it´s for sure not the Crotian grenade from the link :tinysmile_twink_t:

Here some photos that I have from several sources in the net.

To me it looks like the Indonesian type with the larger fragmentation matrix, sorry I do not have an official designation:



The type with the smaller fragmetation matrix, with the designation GT-5PE A2, has at least an identical fuze than the grenade on Your pictures:



Very rare item.
