Could someone identify this one for me if they can - Any additional information regarding country of origin and use would be welcome.
Igniter consists of a heavy gauge, blind ended aluminium tube, finished in dark green, threaded at one end for a cap holder. The body contains a spring loaded striker, which is retained by a pull pin. Safety feature is a turn of copper wire, and both the pull pin and transit cap have waterproofing washers.
