Unknown item found during archaeological survey.

These pictures were sent to me by a person on the dig as they wondered if it was possible ordnance. EOD will be called. I just wondered if anyone could identify it ? Or even confirm if its ordnance related or not.

I can tell you what that is its a British training S mine top made of brass screwed onto a concrete type body . Inside is a No2 pressure switch. Made by the Churchill toy work shop, they also made a Teller-mine T 35, the switch sets of a puff to indicate you activated it. Quite harmless. There may be others about. Theres one i put on Lex Prev site a while back.
