Unknown maker for WW2 dated 6 pounder Type I case

I have not seen this logo before, who is the manufacturer of this 6 pounder case? The logo seems to represent "SC" or maybe with some fantasy "PSC". The latter could be "Parkinson Stone Co. Ltd."?
