I just got this ...
All I have right now is that it is supposed to be Polish.
I will get measurements next week.

Anyone know what it is and have any information on it?

Might want to check with Spotter. Could be related to the chowmein mine.
 
Here is a good question … why is the mine marked UMK and the name of the mine called MKU? Maybe there is a method to the madness.
