Does anyone know what this 120mm mortar round was used for (test, proof ?). Found in the area of Kosovo, most likely Ex-Yugo design.

It is a practice round which ejects a dummy parachutist so the troops can practice firing on them, sorry no further information.

It's some time ago that I was in Kosovo, but I think we identified this as an M99. Unfortunately I don't have access to my library at the moment to confirm it.
