Unknown MUV-4

Has anyone seen this MUV-4 before? Obviously, it looks nothing like the normal MUV-4 we have seen before.
Manufacturer might be K or 17.
Upper body looks like the MUV-2 and 3, but this one doesn't use the lead delay. It uses the rubber.

Any ideas?

Its indeed looks like muv 2
To me it looks like a modification of muv 2
Muv 4 have diffrent construction of the percussion system , does it have metal balls in it?

I don't know yet. I am going to have it x-rayed at some point to find out.

Where a rubber is? It looks like general MUV-2

you can trie to disasemble it, its very easy...

Remove the rubber, then take the lead out - thats it

It would seem to be the upper assembly of an MUV-2 (RU: МУВ-2), and the lower body of an MUV-4 (RU: МУВ-4). The MUV can have metal or plastic lower bodies. The upper could possibly be from an MUV-3 (RU: МУВ-3), as the different between it and the MUV-2 is essentially an eternal clip and its markings. If I'm in the office next week I can check the configuration is viable, as we have all the MUV family available.
