Does anyone recognise this piece of kit ? Large item measuring 12.5" long & apparently , a battlefield find . Thanks , Mike.

Thanks for that quick ID ! I never realised they made the 50cal BMG as a water cooled variant . What were they used on ?

As far as I know, on ships. I believe in the quad mount variant as well when they were mounted on vehicles.
