unknown part of a fuze

Hello my dear friends of shellheads!

As I guess there would be as least one of yours who can give a hint to this part of a fuze.
I got that pice from a friend who bought that on a flew market, so no idea what country it was made.

Possibly it is WW1?
Please advise!

This is long before WWI, somewhen in the 1880's I assume. Looks like early Gruson/Krupp.
Alpini can say more for sure.
 
yes, it's the cap of a Krupp patented and produced heavy percussion fuze with selectable delay. See my foto of a complete one. It was produced for spanish speaking countries. Chile seems to have bought 10 cm Howitzer + ammunition from Krupp with this fuze, but also 12 cm and 15 cm ammunition exists with these fuzes. The same fuzes with differnt shaped caps were deliverey to many other countries like the Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, etc...

The meaning of the letters is:

s = sin retardo
t = transportar
r = retardo
