Maybe it`s Belgian rifle grenade "Energa", model 1948 or 1950 year. But I`m not sure.

For some reason I keep thinking I saw this round in a South American country ordnance catalog, or was it chinese ? I'll start going through the catalogs I have am sure I ahve seen it

Energa is from Liechtenstein.

May this one be a thermobaric knock off?

As markings are missing it might be interesting to see the base of the fuze where usually the fuze model and lot are stencilled. Any chance to have a look?

These are all the pictures I have. The fuze is very Chinese / Russian PG type. The rocket motor is from a PG (or so it seems). The interesting thing to me is that the explosives (according to the line drawing) covers the Point Initiating Element.

Sorry ... what I have posted is all I got.

I don`t know which propellant has Energa :p Maybe abnd like PG-7. But as I know, RPG-7 hasn`t produced in South America. It`s about idea about that region :)

Energa is a rifle grenade. No propellant excluding the gas of the ballist cartridge.

Maybe designed to breach a wall and enter before incendiary charge goes off ?

I know I have seen this item before and I remember there was a EODP on it too, but I'll be damn if I can remember where. I also remember there being a tech intel done on it by another team. I also remember it having the same fuze as the PG 7, VP 7 nose element embedded in the HE setting on what they call the support disc, the base element of course at the rear. Don't remember who took it apart but I dont think he was military EOD. Sh** i can remember this clear as day now but can't remember where or who I was with. But it had to either be in Cnetral America or may have been in pakistian perhaps found after the Paki ASP blew up and US EOD was sent in to help clean it up. I know a lot of there of the secret stuff was found and more then a few techintell's were done. I think there was a tube runnung from the nose element to the base and inside it was an HE charge, the area behind the spacer was suppose to be an incendiary - all just like the drawing show above. trying to remember these things lately justs gives me a worse headache
