2 seperate grenades found amongst a bunch of items related to the Chilean Civil War (1891). Any ideas?

1st photo is of one item.

2nd and 3rd photos are of the same item, just different views to show the fuzing (a piece of time fuse crimped to an igniter on the end).

No idea on the ID, but the level of quality would seem to be pretty good for the late 1800s. Was S. American industry up to that level then?
 
No idea. There were a couple of 37mm projos and a 1" projo and ctg. case in the box along with some other items. The projos were trench art relating to their civil war.
