Unknown practice stick grenade

Hello!
A friend of mine give me this hand grenade some time ago, but I dont find any info on the net. Has wood and iron, could somebody identificate it?
Length : 23,5 cm - 9,25 "

Has two marks... an "invisible" stamp that I cant recognize, and a number "500". I think that the number could be for a Warsaw Pact factory...
