Unknown projectile (German ?) with AZ-Z DM 261 fuze

Does anyone knows what (partial) projectile this is ?

The fuze is marked: AZ-Z DM 261 LOS SG-2-24
The projectile itself has the marking GR-2-073

diameter=105mm
height= 144mm

Could it be a top-part of a German 105mm Practice projectile ?
