Unknown Projectile

This one has me stumped. Looks like a shrapnel projectile. Partial PTTF fuze behind it. No measurements provided yet but I’d say 10-12cm range. Any ideas?

This looks to be a 8cm Shrapnel Dutch. I have some pictures which are very simmilar. However I do not have a technical drawing so i can't say for sure.
I hope this narrows the search.
