Pretty sure this one was listed before,without any results on a positive ID. Thought Id give it a try with more detailed measurements.

27.5mm Russian maybe??

So far there is no Russian 27.5mm.

This one here is a US experimental and if I recall right for the Bushmaster project with 160mm case length.
