Probably a mortar round, my best guess would be Belgian made (Mecar?)

no dimensions, but it is roughly the same size as a 8 cm WrfGr ... so 81mm?

probably wrong, but it seems to be a "chipotage" with the tail part of a mortar and the nose part of a shell.
