I don't have it on hand, 75mm 11 inches long, no markings , repainted black , silicone stuff around the base.
Steel driving band.

Its extemely similar to the standard 7,5cm Pzgr39... but not quite.
what are you thinking it is ?
 
Gordon, it looks like it still has the top of the cartridge case still crimped around it. Like someone put the complete round in a saw, and removed the case and the base of the projectile.
 
Looks like something made up to fill an empty casing or a movie prop ... bottom is machined way to poorly to be a genuine projectile

just my 2 cents though,
